JAY RAVAT
” I have experience in sports, strength, conditioning and performance. With a keen interest in injury prevention and neuromuscular motor control connection.
My training regime consists of predominantly military style functional movements, muscular strength and endurance principles, and a good deal of cardio conditioning too.
My philosophy is very simple- be consistent in your approach and make no excuses for the results you currently have. The destination means little if you have failed to grow along the journey. The best thing about personal training is to witness my client’s go beyond their own perceived limits and to see the shift in their mindset from ” I can’t do this’ to ‘ watch me do this “
JOANNE HARWOOD
