Small Group Training is much like personal 1 to 1 training, just in a small group. Small Group is an experience where clients get a workout. Unlike the Larger Group Sessions, the smaller group allows a greater level of service and equipment access for optimum performance. Like minded individuals with similar goals are brought together to achieve more as a team. Group numbers range from 3-5 depending on the program and no program is the same. All of these sessions are at a fraction of the cost of a personal training session. Gillespie`s Coach will have a formatted plan to make sure all individuals achieve their personal results while working together. In these sessions we combine both strength, conditioning, mobility and high intensity work outs, designed and delivered by our highly skilled team. Our training sessions provide you with a unique, tailored and personalised level of service and care that not only gets you results but educates you to understand the reasoning behind your training. Small Group is much like 1 to 1 Training but at a fraction of the cost. These sessions would suit those members who have already achieved a higher level of fitness and have a good knowledge of training methods and equipment.
